Rock Valley approves ten unit apartment building plan
The Rock Valley city building committee approved a ten unit apartment building to be constructed by John Brock of Orange City. The complex includes a one a unit garage with a driveway onto 18th Avenue south of Highway 18, sits 40 feet back from the highway and measures 40 by 100 feet with a 39 foot concrete apron along the 108 foot garage.
