Doon Area Graduation and Community Gatherings
Doon and surrounding communities held graduation celebrations and gatherings Tuesday evening. Family and friends visited at homes of graduates and attended church ceremonies, with numerous relatives from Rock Rapids Luverne and Spirit Lake joining in. Several weddings and birthday observances were noted, along with a school picnic at the Doon Elementary school and a Doon Elevator grinder fire causing damage.
