Born April 4 1870 Haldane Illinois. married Nina Leady Stoughton March 9 1898 Dayton Illinois. He worked in Nebraska University education early, then surveyed Black Hills, managed elevators at Smithland Anthon Ta before 1908 Fairview Farmers Cooperative Grain Co for 40 years. Survived by two sons Meredith Long Beach California four grandchildren five great grandchildren.
