Reunion for 1945 class at Valley Park draws 14 attenders
The class of 1945 held its first reunion in two years at Valley Park on Saturday evening July 17. Fourteen graduates attended with husbands and wives, including John Bauman, George Keizer, Evelyn Richter, Mavis Vugteweed, Till Rielly, Arlene Miller, Grace Dykstra, Bernard Wissink, Jim Beumer, Maxine Gacke, Frances Gacke, Ken Bonthuis, and Lillian Rielly. Eight members could not attend. Plans call for a 1970 reunion. Also noted is Amy Pfc Rodney Ran Schau, 23, son of Henry Hanschau, serving with the inter-American peace force in the Dominican Republic.
