Fire Destroys Garbage Truck In Merle Suter Property
Fire crews were summoned Saturday morning to extinguish a blaze in a garbage truck owned by Merle Suter. The fire started in the truck box from smoldering garbage and was quickly contained. Mrs. W. Three Youths Escape Serious Injury In Rock Valley Crash
Three Rock Valley area youths escaped serious injuries when a car rolled into a ditch near Canton. Gerald Van Beek 19 drove the car four miles south of In Wood on Highway 18 at 2:30 a.m. Tuesday. Eppinga 19 and Grevengeed 20 were hospitalized with head cuts and facial injuries. All three were thrown clear of the total loss vehicle.
