Afterward the group enjoyed games for the rest of the evening.

The Rev G F Byrer is returned for another year as pastor of the local U B church. He has made many friends in and out of church during the past year and will resume his duties. Also Rev H D Meads returns to Brimfield church and Rev D W Zartman returns to the Pleasant Circuit where he has labored for three years. Byrer will remain a member of the District Council of Administration.
Congress considers the Rural Credits and Multiple Insurance bill to standardize agricultural paper and create discount markets. A rural credit society and a multiple insurance league would operate, with British and domestic insurers able to charter under a broad federal framework to provide cheap, sound credit security for tenant farmers.
Telephone operators at Mrs Case’s home held a Friday night birthday surprise for Miss Blanche Hathaway. The enjoyable evening featured ice cream and cake served to guests.
