Johnson v Virginia Electric and Power Company settled in Superior Court
In a session led by Hon. Walter J. Bone the Johnsons and Virginia Electric and Power Company reached a compromise. A separate dismissal of J A Crawley vs Howard Johnson was ordered. William R Harvey and Mildred F Harvey were granted a divorce. An issue in Kime vs Johnston and wife yielded a verdict that defendants owed nothing and costs taxed to the plaintiff.
