Life Saving School Offered by American Red Cross

The Red Cross life saving school will be held at Rosemary Hill pool daily next week at 2 30 pm and 6 30 pm. Junior course ages 12 to 17 and senior course 17 and up. Ten hours of instruction required to pass. Interested persons should sign up with the pool lifeguard in charge.

Burglary at South Rosemary Store Netted $200 in Merchandise

About $200 worth of merchandise was stolen from Max Franks South Rosemary Store last Thursday night in a daring break in. The glass front door was smashed with an old automobile bumper and neighbors near the scene recall a fast moving car. No cash was taken and officers remain in the dark on suspects.

Abolish Three County Schools in State Consolidation Plan
