Reynolds Arguments On World Court And McCarran Bill
Senator Reynolds of North Carolina lauds the decision to avoid the World Court and support the McCarran Amendment. He argues U S entry to the World Court would pull America into foreign entanglements and criticizes Italy's Ethiopia war as evidence of League failures.
