Old I C Conductor John Dolan Dies at 67
John Dolan died after a short illness at his home on Ontario Avenue aged 67. He served 39 years with Illinois Central suburban trains and never had an accident. Dolan was a Royal League council No 6 member and is survived by his wife Ellen and six children. He was known to Riverdale and Dalton patrons as conductor on the daily 2 38 northbound train.

The Riverdale Improvement Association voted unanimously for Democratic drainage trustees.
