The group formed by committees from ten towns met at Dalton Village Hall to approve Constitution and By-Laws draft and discuss sanitation needs. Editor Lambert urged building a Halsted viaduct to relieve traffic, and attorney Frank Brinkman offered services. Haircut Prices Set For Riverdale Dalton Children

At a meeting in the R Hess Barber Shop on October 24 1928 barbers of Riverdale and Dalton agreed that haircuts for children under 12 will be 40 cents except on Fridays and Saturdays and two days before holidays when the old price applies.
