At Riv erdale village meeting on April 14 403 Ivanhoe residents led by Thomas J Peters petitioned the village board to restrict new homes by amending the Riverdale Zoning Ordinance and adopting a Building Code. They asked that no permits be issued until the code is in force and suggested inviting Attorney Thomas A Matthews for advisory help.
