Man Holds Family Hostage After Argument With Girlfriend
A Rio Rancho man, Marc Miller, held his girlfriend and their 4 month old daughter hostage after a Christmas night dispute. Police traced a 911 call, rescued the child, and arrested Miller after locating a loaded handgun, methamphetamine, and extra weapons at the home. He faces multiple charges including false imprisonment and child abuse with an arraignment set for Sept. 2 in Sandoval County District Court.
