Hernandez Found Guilty in Sandoval County Office Case
Johnny Y. Hernandez 33 of Cuba was found guilty of acts of corruption in office and unfit to continue as Sandoval County Commissioner after a three hour trial. The jury deliberated less than two hours before conviction. He faces further charges of misusing public funds and conspiracy to commit fraud over 100 dollars. Hernandez claimed the charges are political and vowed to appeal.
