Sandoval County to discuss precinct realignments in Rio Rancho and Santo Domingo
The Sandoval County Commission will hear proposed precinct changes at 2 p.m. in the county courthouse. Rio Rancho would gain two more precincts, Santo Domingo Pueblo moves to Precinct 20, and Pena Blanca retains Precinct 7 with about 290 voters, while Santo Domingo has around 246. Proposals are tentative and require county and state approval, with no protests filed.

Corrales woman Bette McKay died in a two car crash on NM 528 last Monday. David Fleming of Rio Rancho and passenger Michael Keberka of Albuquerque were injured and treated.
