Tuesday marks the final registration deadline by 5 p.m. Voters may apply for absentee by mail at Sandoval County Administration Building 1500 Idalia Road from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays through Nov. 2, with in person absentee voting at Transit Center Building C. In person early voting runs Oct. 20 to Nov. 3 at five county sites. General election is now.
