Bless Me Ultima set for New Mexico release debut

The film adaptation of Rodolfo Anaya’s novel opens October 19 in Albuquerque and Santa Fe, with a Santa Fe Independent Film Festival premiere on October 18. Directed by Carl Franklin, it follows Antonio Marez during World War II as curandera Ultima guides him through faith and fate amid good and evil.
