Catholic Foundation honors St Thomas Aquinas teacher
The Catholic Foundation named St. Thomas Aquinas School eighth grade teacher JoAnne Rickard among top Archdiocese of Santa Fe educators. Nominations required extensive forms and recommendations. Rickard also earned the Archdiocesan Teacher of Excellence Award and a $1,000 grant plus a $100 school award from a legacy endowment. Rickard praised her calling to teaching as a Catholic lifelong commitment, with three teachers sharing the honor.
