Rio Rancho Chamber of Commerce President Terry Hibler announced nine new members including Bonanza Southwest Realty Inc Flora Enterprises L Organizer and district court figure John W Pope. The Sandoval County Bar Association pursues projects such as a local law library training for staff, out of court settlement process, uncontested divorce clinic, and a lawyer referral service. Probate Judge Steven Schoen and Sandy Barnhart y Chavez will hear emergency juvenile delinquent detention hearings. The association invites state tribal judges paralegals tribal advocates and professional investigators to attend.
