Police reports list multiple arrests in Rio Rancho from November 4 to 12 including William Gonzales for unlawful use of license on NM 528 with suspended license from a 1993 DWI, Derek Kalka and Lea Cesani on warrants after a NM 528 stop, and Mary Lucero cited for unlawful use of license with an eight count suspension.
