Rio Rancho officials led by Mayor Gregg Hull and Assistant City Manager Peter Wells travel to Washington to press for 6.39 million dollars owed by the U S Army Corps of Engineers under a 2007 agreement to fund 75 percent of arsenic removal facility design and construction. Lawsuit cites Sandia Springs care failures in Perea death
Harvey named Sandia Springs facility in Rio Rancho and parents Brookdale Senior Living Inc. as defendants. Obituary for Mark Anthony Hyatt in Seattle and New Mexico
Mark Anthony Hyatt, born November 11, 1976, died in early February in his apartment after long dialysis for kidney failure. Raised in the Cincinnati area, he lived in Seattle and worked in food while pursuing music art and writing. His body was donated to education, with donations suggested to Lake Washington Institute of Technology Foundation. He is survived by his parents Norman R. and Helen M. Hyatt and brother Christopher. Memorial was private in New Mexico.
