In Bernalillo County two suspects Andrew Romero and Tabitha Littles pleaded not guilty as prosecutors seek life without parole for Romero and life without parole for Littles in the shooting death of Rio Rancho police officer Gregg Benner. Bond remains 5 million for Romero and 1 million for Littles. hearings set for later this year.
