Couple indicted in Rio Rancho on embezzlement and drugs
A Rio Rancho couple, Robert and Ruthann Stepnowski, were indicted in district court on embezzlement over 2500 dollars conspiracy to commit embezzlement and drug charges including possession with intent to distribute amphetamines and paraphernalia. Linda Connick’s charges were dropped. the Stepnowskis are set for arraignment before Judge Kenneth Brown.
