Rio Rancho tentatively OKs Sprint PCS bonds
Rio Rancho City Council tentatively approves a 25 million property tax free industrial revenue bond for Sprint PCS to build a 75,000 square foot call center on 12 acres at Enchanted Hills near NM 528 NM 44. The project would create about 1140 jobs by 1999 and include payments in lieu of taxes to the school district.
