Man pleads guilty in case of molestation

Rio Rancho man Vicente Gallegos, 39, pleaded guilty in 13th Judicial District Court to criminal sexual penetration a second degree felony and giving alcohol to a minor, under a plea agreement. A third degree felony charge was likely dismissed as part of the deal.
