Produced by Horizon West Productions founder Phil Vardalos the film highlights climate crime rate housing employers schools and recreation. The project targets families moving to Intel AMREP and city areas with marketing via the Chamber of Commerce and internet. Elks Hoop Shoot targets national title at Lincoln Middle School

The 24th annual Elks Hoop Shoot for ages eight through thirteen takes place January 6 at 1 p.m. at Lincoln Middle School, with Rio Rancho Elks Lodge sponsoring.
