Filipino group to honor Rio Rancho residents at Pamana Night
FANHS Rio Grande will honor four Rio Rancho residents for service in New Mexico and the Philippines at the Pamana Heritage Awards on Sept 26 at Hotel Cascada Albuquerque. Recipients include Scott Berry for Educate Bohol outreach and Louie Velasquez who runs martial arts programs across NM and the Philippines.
