Bed Bath & Beyond opened a 23,000 square foot store at 3575 NM 528 in Enchanted Hills last week. The home furniture and apparel retailer operates Monday through Saturday 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sundays 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. It is the first Rio Rancho Bed Bath & Beyond and the chain’s fifth New Mexico location.
The Rio Rancho Observer launches a redesigned adaptive website by TownNews this week. It automatically fits desktops tablets and phones, loads faster, and keeps the rrobserver.com address. Editor Mike Hartranft says the site will offer better experience, more updates and wider content including PDFs.
The City of Rio Rancho will move its web address from c¢irio rancho nm.us to rrnm.gov effective Tuesday, with old domains usable into 2016. Staff emails will change to rrnm.gov, and the UNM Health Sciences Center Job Fair returns Sept 10 on the HSC North Campus Upper Plaza, inviting health professionals and students from New Mexico institutions.
