End of Harvey Jones Channel flood work nears completion

SSCAFCA will finish the Harvey Jones Channel flood protection project in Corrales by July, a 2.4 million, green initiative funded mainly by the Clean Water State Revolving Fund. The plan adds sediment removal, a trapezoidal channel, and vegetation along Montoyas arroyo to reduce flooding and preserve the rural character.
