SAHQ gym fuels Rio Rancho stars to next level
Britney Drumm, a five year RRHS standout now in Albuquerque, swears by SAHQ on Coal NE as she pursues fitness for life. The former two-sport star has dropped 18 pounds since January through twice weekly workouts and stays active with volleyball, running, and a full time job. SAHQ founders Eric Rode and LaReyue Cunningham, once Rams stars, offer training, tutoring, and 3 on 3 events to prepare athletes for high school and college. The facility promotes lifelong mastery with tutoring, body conditioning, and sport specific training, with memberships and session rates listed. Contact Rode at 463-6554 or visit SAHQ.com.
