Air Training Course Opens Here in April at University of Richmond
A six week aeronautics course starts April 8 in the Physics building at the University of Richmond. Instructors Ivory Massey David E Guthrie and Joe Marks lead ground based lessons in meteorology aircraft engineering mechanics navigation and flying regulations. Open to matriculated Richmond College students with no extra tuition aside from a lab fee.

Editors honored at Richmond publications dinner
Luther Jenkins won both editorial and news writing prizes from the Board of Publications at the University of Richmond. The first Publications Dinner in Ewart's Cafeteria featured remarks by Dr. L. H. Walton and talks by three editors as Jenkins earned top honors for "A Dangerous Precedent" criticizing Coach Thistlethwaite's fee request for the Pitt Richmond game.

Special Examinations Scheduled for March 31
Special examinations on the work of the first semester of 1938-39 will be given Friday afternoon March 31 at 2:00. Students wanting a special exam must pay a $2.00 fee to the treasurer, bring the receipt to Miss Mansell, and arrange before spring vacation. First semester exams may be taken now or at the start of next September.

Richmond College to Stage Interfraternity Song Contest
Eleven fraternities will compete in the first interfraternity song contest at Richmond College. The event starts at 3 30 Saturday afternoon April 16 in the Luther H Jenkins Memorial Greek Theater. Judges are from the Richmond Musicians Club and a winner banner will be awarded. Admission is free.
