Westhampton College crowned the Senior Class winner in a close inter-class pep song contest judged on cooperation, skill, spirit, and attendance. Juniors finished a close second as four classes showcased strong school spirit and added new pep songs. varsity letters were awarded to eight players led by Captain Kate Peterson.

Day Student Rep Contest Moves Amid Ballot Changes
Harriet Yeamans and Roberta Winfrey are slated to compete for the Day Student Representative seat on the College Council. Dell Williams’ presidential win opened vacancy and a late ballot addition followed. Dean Keller halted Tuesday voting and shifted to Wednesday after ordering Miss Carter to join the race. Carter won the Wednesday contest.
