Bob Chadwick resigns this week as editor-in-chief of Tue RigumMont CoLeaian to be effective today. Anne Gibson is named acting editor-in-chief while the Board seeks a permanent replacement for the semester. Chadwick cites personal welfare and praises Gibson and the staff for their help. He is a senior English major and plans journalism work after graduation.

University Proxy To Address Richmond College Junior Class

Dr. George M. Modlin will address the Richmond College Junior Class next Tuesday. Class president Pollard announced the meeting will be at 11 30 in the physics lecture room.

Williams Bequest Gifts Richmond Major Shares to University and Law School

The estate of Adolph D. Williams, a Richmond philanthropist, totals about 10.15 million dollars with roughly 2.75 million in trusts to the University of Richmond and a share to the T. G. Williams Law School named for his father. The residue, estimated at 9 million, will fund individuals charities and three equal trusts for the Medical College of Virginia and other beneficiaries.

Plans Set for Greek Week at University of Richmond

The Interfraternity Council outlined Greek Week 1952 events at a Monday meeting. The contests run April 14–19 with Song Fest, intramural track Olympic events, and the ODK Carnival. A points cup will be awarded at the Varsity Club dance, and a display plaque will honor the winner in the Student Activities Building. Phi Gamma Delta has won the past four years.

Lobach and Williams to Give Joint Senior Piano Recital

Jill Lobach and Jeannine Williams present a joint recital at Keller Hall Reception Room on March 26 at 8 p.m. Lobach opens with Bach Fantasia in C Minor, then Grieg and Haydn and Beethoven pieces follow. Williams adds Chopin Waltzes and Etude in G Minor, plus modern Burrill Phillips selections Blues and Scherzo.

New Senate Holds First Open Meeting at Richmond College

Spencer Albright reports the Richmond College Senate held its first open session in the SAB lounge on Tuesday at 11 30. Ward Harkrader urged members to show leadership morally and spiritually as four new offices were created to aid duties and Dick Keith was named clerk.
