Richmond College Considers Joining Virginia Football League
A mass meeting of Richmond College students is set for Monday at 12 PM to decide on joining the Virginia football league. Seven Virginia colleges have expressed interest. eight teams are needed. Richmond did not attend a Lexington meeting. The Athletic Council will supply gear for forty players and a coach if a team forms, with each player paying seven dollars for insurance.

Jamboree to Mix Faculty Students At Millhiser Gym
Epsilon Circle of Omicron Delta Kappa hosts first Jamboree in Millhiser Gym from 8 pm to midnight replacing campus carnivals. A seven piece Richmond College jive band will play hot boogie woogie while a faculty student variety show entertains with tap dancing and boogie rhythm. Booths sell ice cream hot dogs peanuts and candy and a bingo prizes room offers over 100 items. Tickets are 25 cents with floor committee to ensure orderly dancing.
