Bo Diddly to Headline SGA Dance Concert with Ines Foxx

Bo Diddly along with Ines and Charlie Foxx will perform at an informal dance concert April 23 from 2 to 4 PM in Milliter Gymnasium. Tickets are $4 per couple or $2 for a single, with a $1 at-the-door surcharge.

GREs Set For Seniors In Tomorrow

The Senior Testing Program regroups the GRE and area tests for graduates in June 1966 August 1966 or February 1967. Students report at 8 15 a m to designated rooms Puryear Hall 108 Physics Lecture Room 01 and Maryland Hall 119 host specific majors. The area test is for religion majors and others without an advanced test and will be held in Ryland Hall 109 from 8 15 a m to 12 noon.

UR summer session opens to high school juniors for college credit

The University of Richmond will enroll top fifth percentile high school juniors in a new summer program. Eligible students may take freshman or second year language courses for credit, to be banked toward their degree. Selection prioritizes academic achievement and maturity with interviews likely. Applications due May 16 for the 1966 session starting June 13.

Junior Classes Plan Swim Party at Keller Mall Pool

The junior classes of Westhampton and Richmond Colleges host a swimming party from 7 30 to 9 tonight at the Fanny G Crenshaw pool in Keller Mall. Admission is free and soft drinks will be served. Sandy Tucker president of the Richmond College junior class urges a strong turnout.

Ambassador's Wife Mrs Nehru to Speak at Westhampton Chapel

Mrs B K Nehru wife of India's ambassador to the United States will address Westhampton College Chapel at 11 30 a m Tuesday and hold an informal discussion with University students in North Court at 12 50 p m. The talk is sponsored by the Council Garver Foundation in honor of Margaret Council of the Woman's College. All University students invited.

Test Applications For Deferment Due Next Week

Students seeking Selective Service deferment must mail test applications by April 23. The three hour test runs May 14 May 21 and June 3 with locations announced later. Freshmen must be in the upper half, second-year in upper two thirds, and third-year in upper three fourths to qualify.

Bell College Pennies Threaten On campus Pay Phones

Dean Roberts of Richmond College says Bell Telephone officials warned pennies used to call from campus phones have caused losses totaling 171 dollars over three months. They warn pay phones may be removed if abuse continues. Penny counts are listed by location, including Robins B and Barracks sections.

Jewish Author Knox to be Scholar in Residence at UR

Tarae Knox, professor of philosophy, will appear on campus next week as Scholar in Residence under a joint UR and Richmond Jewish Community Council program. He will speak at 8 p.m. Tuesday in Dennis Auditorium on The Philosophical Dimensions of the Old Testament, with a second talk at 8:15 p.m. Thursday at the Jewish Community Center 5403 Monument Avenue on Jewish Tumor and Jewish Character.
