Maryland Hall at the University of Richmond will be dedicated Friday April 28 with Dr Thomas Barbour Harvard professor and naturalist as principal speaker. An academic procession noon address and round table discussions follow, plus a reception for trustees alumni and friends. Maryland Hall houses modern laboratories classrooms dissecting rooms photographic developing rooms and a museum.

Prince to Head Summer Session Again This Year

The Sigma Pi Sigma honorary physics society elected officers for 1933 34 at a Monday meeting. O B Falls is president Katherine Brown vice president Harold Van Allen secretary and Helen Hutcher treasurer. The group plans a dramatic physics exhibit using the Physics Building labs with high voltage demos and a perpetual motion machine, 40 000 to 50 000 volt demonstrations, and photo electric displays, held Monday night from 7 00 to 9 40.

Proposed Amendment Relieves Senate of Honor System duties
The Student Senate is relieved of enforcing and regulating the Richmond College Honor System. The Honor Council, appointed by the SGA President and approved by the Senate, will maintain the Honor System from September 1 to June 15 with seven members: one Sophomore, two Juniors, four Seniors. The SGA President serves as ex officio and voting member. The council may dismiss members by three fourths vote, meets by June 1 to elect a Senior as Chairman, and may bind participants to secrecy while allowing public proceedings by decision of the council or SGA. The SGA may regulate the council by legislation.
