Children Need Energy From Breakfast For School Day
Nutrition experts say breakfast should supply one fourth to one third of a child’s daily food. Begin mornings earlier for a relaxed meal together. Parents should set a good example with a quality breakfast including protein such as eggs bacon or cereal with milk and hot food. Include fruit rich in vitamin C and a half glass of orange or grapefruit juice.
