Rummage Sale By Boyden Women's Club October 11
The Women's Club of Boyden hosts a rummage and bake sale at the town hall on October 11 to raise funds for the Girl Scouts. Merchandise will be clean usable clothing and items, with a ten percent commission taken by the club. The Girl Scouts collect articles Saturday morning and a lunch will be sold. country residents are invited to bring items.

Annual Meeting of Sioux County Farm Bureau October 14
The thirty second annual meeting of the Sioux County Farm Bureau will be held in the Orange City Community Building Tuesday Evening October 14. The meeting opens at 7 30 p m. Murl McDonald assistant director of the Iowa State College extension service will be the speaker. Door prizes will be awarded to members. With membership at a record high the event is expected to draw a large attendance.
