Co operative Store Holds Third Annual Meeting
The Peoples’ Co operative Store held its third annual stockholders meeting at Town Hall despite stormy weather. President John Rensink and manager K W Kooiman reported 1918 business of 747,875 dollars with a 6,749.79 dollar net profit. Directors reelected were August Winter Herman Stegemann Herman Lusme and John Rensink. The group plans to raise about 1000 dollars in stock by April to buy the building, with shares at 319 each and 8 percent interest on paid up stock.
