Grant Township Farm Bureau Picnic Schedule Announced
The Grant Township Farm Bureau picnic will be held Tuesday June 14 at Chet Lynch’s home. The day opens with a boys game between the South Cubs and North Juniors, followed by a picnic dinner and a talk by Christina Braskamp of Alton, a returned missionary from China. An afternoon feature includes a ball game South Bears versus North Seniors, plus horse shoe pitching, relays, and other sports, with music by Clemen’s Sunday School orchestra in the evening.

Twenty-Fifth Wedding Anniversary Celebrated at Hull

Sioux County Odd Fellows and Rebeccas plan a joint public installation at Oak Grove State Park on Thursday July 7 1927. An installation team from all lodges under D H Chenoweth and Mrs Martha Large will oversee the program followed by a noon picnic and Ireton Band performance. Rev Wm Webb will give a talk and families may join in sports after.
