The Women’s Club met at Mrs. W. Dickevers home. De votions were led by Mrs. De Haas and Mrs. Bergman spoke on Buddhism. Secretary and Treasurer reports were given. Mrs. H. M. Scholten reported on lunch for the Co operative Produce meeting.Plans were made to host lunch on Feb 18 with a committee listed. A future meeting is set for March 6 at Mrs. Norgaard’s home with topics on Religion in India by Mrs. L. Rensink.

Boyden Hi finished strong in the Sioux County Tournament at Orange City with a 9 point performance. The team upset Alton in round one then fell to Sioux Center in round two before a thriller loss to Orange City in the Consolation game. It marked Boyden’s first final appearance in many years.

Speakers Named for Farmers Co op Annual Meeting

The Farmers Co operative Association of Boyden will hold its stockholders meeting on Wednesday February 18 at 1 PM in the Town Hall.
