Notice to all persons that a hearing will be held in the Humboldt County District Court on May Sl at 10 o clock to consider reducing the bond amounts and the examiner in charge fee in the application of Lo A. Andrew Receiver of Peoples Savings Bank of Hardy Iowa The court will decide whether to reduce the receiver bond from 7600 to 3000 dollars and the examiner in charge fee from 12600 to 10000 dollars based on the protection of creditors and the interests of all concerned.

Auto Ditch Crash Injures One at Rural Corner
Four young people rode to a Renwick dance when driver Edward Uintz failed to turn at sharp west of Hardy, sending their auto into a ditch.
