Shady Spring man wins continuance in bank robbery case
Sean Michael Williams, jailed on two counts of bank robbery, won a continuance on a separate witness intimidation charge after his attorney was unavailable. A preliminary hearing was delayed while Kostol could appear, with Webb identifying Williams in a Beaver bank heist earlier this year. Williams previously faced home confinement violations and denial of bond, leading to a Circuit Judge revoking bonds and remanding him to jail.
