Union suit against Bacco Construction heads to trial
The Inter national Union of Operating Engineers sues Bacco Construction Co of Pittsburgh over Hazmat project costs at the National Mine Health and Safety Academy in Beaver. Trial is set for July 14 in Raleigh County Circuit Court unless settled. The union claims demolition and reconstruction expenses for piers and that Bacco failed to meet contract specs including building details and required labor equipment and materials.
