Kenneth Arthur Gieseman former Red Bluff airport manager during World War II died at St. Elizabeth Community Hospital. A Red Bluff resident since 1930 he served six and a half years as airport manager and later worked at the Red Bluff Hotel. A World War I veteran and past commander of local and district Veterans of Foreign Wars posts he was born in Mansfield Ohio. Survived by six sisters five brothers and a nephew Harold Schlosser of Manton funeral services planned in Chapel of the Flowers Red Bluff.
