Washington April 5 The American Red Cross in Columbus estimates Ohio flood losses at 460 lives lost 4200 homes destroyed and 9006 families displaced outside of Dayton Columbus and Cincinnati in need of rehabilitation. Communications were hampered by damaged wires but towns now report adequate supplies and medical staff.
