London April 4. Directors of all railways warn that militant suffragettes threatened to burn railway stations nationwide. Empty trains were dynamited near Stockport Cheshire last night.
In Montgomery on April 4 Walter Jones was hanged after a rope slipped, causing a slow strangulation that lasted thirty six minutes before death. He was one of four men executed at the county jail for multiple murders in the area.
Police shot into a mob of strikers at the Columbian Rope company plant in Auburn New York fatally injuring one man and one woman and wounding four others. Militia patrols the city as strikers who are all foreigners assault officers with salt to free prisoners.
Tonight is expected to be fair with frost overnight. Saturday promises continued fair conditions with comfortable temperatures.
