Two Virginia men held for Rainelle armed robbery
Charles W. Hileman and James Williams alias William Bowyer are jailed in Fayette County on armed robbery charges after they slugged and robbed Lynchburg man Thomas Scruggs of 330 dollars and a 65 dollar watch outside Rainelle. Scruggs, en route to Charleston, was later found by H. W. Hopkins and W. Farley and identified the suspects.
