CCC Enrollees Face Court Over Voter Eligibility

Charges by Republican County Chair J Q Hutchinson claim 87 CCC enrollees at Camp Raleigh are illegally registered in Shady Spring district Ashton File defends their right to vote, saying they are adults, born in West Virginia, and reside in the county. Hutchinson summoned enrollees and records from CCC company 3531 and Pinecrest Sanitarium to contest the listings. The report also describes prison meal provisions and a note on U S naturalization laws applying to Hawaii.
