Bride Slain by Undertaker in Hotel Tragedy Near Fairfax
Two year old bride Willie Mae Weed married three weeks to Herbert H. Wood of Fairfax, Va. The undertaker W. H. Reaguer stabbed the bride in a hotel room, cutting her throat ear to ear. Reaguer was wounded and taken to a hospital. Wood said his wife knew the undertaker for years. The incident occurred as authorities investigated the motive.
